• Visit the official website of Open Testing Service (OTS) at www.ots.org.pk within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
• Register on the OTS website and submit your application online.
• Pay a test fee of Rs. 200/- to OTS. You can make the payment at any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, or ABL using the prescribed Bank Challan form. The form can be downloaded from the OTS website: www.ots.org.pk.
• Specify the post and office for which you are applying in your application.

• Prepare the following documents:

  Attested copies of all educational documents
• Domicile certificate
• CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)
• Relevant documents or experience certificates
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Obtain the original fee Challan after making the payment and include it with your application.
• Send the complete prescribed application form along with the required documents and fee Challan via courier service or Pakistan Post to the following address: Manager Operations (WAPDA) Open Testing Service Office No.1, Central Avenue, Bahria Town Phase-VI, Islamabad
• OTS will inform candidates through text messages about their roll number slips, test centers, test dates, and timings.
• Note that applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be accepted.
